What will we do for your property?


ACCOUNTING

Provide the day-to-day bookkeeping services. This service includes, but not limited to, keeping all records of and performing all services in connection with, the payment of bills, payrolls and such there items as may be provided for your property or building's budget.

Collect all common expenses, charges, assessments, or other payments from unit owners and concessionaires,a nd other monies and debts which may become due and in the event of default in such payment, take all such legal or other action in the name of the property owner or building's Association as may be necessary or appropriate to enforce any rights which the owner or Association may have as a result of such default.

Check all bills received by the Association for services, work, supplies ordered in connection with maintaining and operating the property or Association, and make sure that the bills are paid when they become due and payable.

Prepare, review and analyze financial statements, including a proposed annual operating budget.

 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Supervise the maintenance, repair and replacement of any property or building needed.

Help Owners and Occupants comply with all laws, statues, as well as rules & regulations established by Association.

Help with contracts for services for subcontractors.

Ensure appropriate Insurance Coverage.

Prepare letters and reports needed by property Association.
